Nightscout (CGM in the Cloud) is a project that allows real-time access to CGM data. Nightscout provides a personal website. Nightscout allows you to share your diabetes data with the devices you bring such as smartwatches and mobile devices.
Beyond Type 1 was founded in 2015 by Nick Jonas, Juliet de Baubigny, Sarah Lucas + Sam Talbot with a focus on education, advocacy, and the path to a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Through platforms, programs, resources, and grants, Beyond Type 1 is uniting the global diabetes community and providing solutions to improve lives today. A new model of philanthropy, Beyond Type 1 aims to change what it means to live with chronic illness.
Scott Benner is the parent of a child with type one diabetes diagnosed at the age of 2 and is now a teenager. Scott shares his and his guest’s experience raising children with type one diabetes.

The Looped Facebook group is a popular site focused on DIY Loop build support. Recommendations on everything from Link devices to combination iPhone/Link device cases are discussed here. Advanced techniques to Loop such as IFTTT also live here
Open Source software is an important enabler of efficient software development. Red Hat is in the center of the Open Source community. People with diabetes benefit greatly from the Open Source movement. Both Nightscout and Loop are Open Source
